Are you really that good?

We like to think we are amazing, and you know what, you’re right.  We all have amazing talents and abilities that are really amazing.  Remember when you were a baby, and you took your first steps?  Ha ha, i don’t, but I bet you whoever was around you at the time thought taking those first few steps were the most amazing thing you could possibly do, and thought that you were amazing (and your baby self was probably pretty happy with itself).  Now fast forward to today.  Let’s think about walking….. Does anyone clap and cheer you on?  Probably not as it may be a bit weird!  But think about some of the things you have achieved this month.  I bet if you really think hard about it, there are heaps of things that you have done, that you haven’t given yourself credit for.  This needs to change.  You need to start appreciating yourself and start celebrating your achievements. One of the easiest ways to do this now is either in your diary, or your notes section on your mobile phone, write down a list of things, even if it’s just a few, of things you achieved for the day, a list of lessons learned for the day, and a list of any new goals you want to achieve.  Do this every day, and start focusing on how really great you are, and how far you have come, and we think this will be a game changer for anyone that commits to it.
