Don’t tell me how to have my coffee

We are all leaders, we either lead our friends, families, in a sporting team or in our work lives. Even if you don’t have an official leaders title, you’re still a leader.

I read a great quote by Simon Sinek the other day and it was; ” Rule books tell people what to do. Frameworks guide people how to act. Rule books insist on discipline. Frameworks allow for creativity”.

As a leader, what’s your style? Do you have a frame work or a rule book? Is one way better then the other?
